01

Vehicle Recovery, Breakdown Recovery & Car Towing

Whether your vehicle has broken down at the roadside, will not start on a driveway or simply needs moving to a garage, we can discuss recovering or towing it to a garage, your home or another address. Once you are somewhere safe, call or WhatsApp us with your location, the vehicle details, what has happened and where it needs to go. We will confirm whether flatbed recovery or towing is the most suitable method for the vehicle and keep you informed throughout.

  • Breakdown recovery from the roadside, car parks and driveways
  • Non-running, non-starting and non-driveable vehicles
  • Car towing to a garage, workshop, home or chosen address
  • Short and longer-distance moves across London
  • Flatbed loading or towing, agreed to suit the vehicle

Accident Recovery

After an accident, your safety and the safety of others come first — always contact the emergency services where needed. Once it is safe and appropriate to move the vehicle, contact us to discuss recovering it to a garage, to storage while an insurance claim is handled, or to another address.

  • Recovery once the scene is safe
  • Damaged and non-driveable vehicles
  • Delivery to a garage, storage or chosen location

03

Vehicle Transportation

Need a vehicle moved but not in a breakdown situation? We can discuss planned transportation — for example collecting a newly purchased car, moving a non-runner or project vehicle, or taking a vehicle to a specialist. Share the pick-up and drop-off details to discuss availability.

  • Planned collections and deliveries
  • Non-runners and project vehicles
  • Vehicles secured on a flatbed

Category B

Roadside Assistance

Some problems can be looked at where the vehicle has stopped. Describe the issue and we will discuss whether roadside help may be suitable. Not every problem can be fixed at the roadside — if recovery is the safer option, we will tell you.

Jump Starts & Flat Battery Assistance

A vehicle that will not start is often down to a flat battery, but not always. Describe what happens when you turn the key or press start, and we can discuss whether a jump start may get you going or whether further investigation or recovery is needed.

Emergency Fuel Delivery

Run out of fuel or running dangerously low? Let us know where the vehicle is, the make and model and whether it takes petrol or diesel, and we can discuss bringing fuel out to you so you can reach the nearest filling station.

Incorrect Fuel Assistance & Fuel Tank Syphoning

Put petrol in a diesel or diesel in a petrol vehicle? Avoid starting the engine or switching on the ignition if you can, then get in touch. Tell us the vehicle, the fuel used and roughly how much, and we can discuss draining or syphoning the tank or recovering the vehicle, depending on the situation.

Wheel Changes Using the Customer’s Spare Wheel

A flat or damaged tyre can leave you stuck. If your vehicle has a usable spare wheel and, where fitted, the locking wheel nut key, we can discuss fitting your spare at the roadside. If there is no usable spare, we can discuss other options, including recovering the vehicle to a tyre specialist.

Tyre Services

Punctures, damaged tyres or tyres that need replacing? Tell us the vehicle, the tyre size (shown on the tyre sidewall) and the problem, and we can discuss the tyre help available for your situation, or recovery to a tyre specialist if that is the better option.

Lockout Assistance (Where Possible)

Locked your keys in the car or unable to get back into your vehicle? Contact us with the vehicle details and where it is, and we can discuss whether entry assistance may be possible. Not every vehicle can be opened at the roadside, and we may ask for proof that the vehicle belongs to you.

Breakdowns, Warning Lights & Other Roadside Faults

If your vehicle has broken down without warning, stopped unexpectedly or is showing a warning light, first get yourself somewhere safe. Then get in touch with your location and what happened — any warning lights, noises or smells — and we will discuss whether the problem can be looked at where the vehicle is, or whether recovery is the more appropriate option.
